Community Legal Centers is comprised of attorneys and paralegals whom are dedicated strictly to their fields of expertise in Criminal Defense, Immigration, Bankruptcy and Family Law. All attorneys affiliated with Community Legal Centers are members of the California Bar and are licensed to appear in court. All paralegals who work with Community Legal Centers are at least bilingual and experienced with Criminal Defense, Immigration, Bankruptcy and Family Law. The director of Community Legal Centers is Alexander H. Lubarsky, LL.M., Esq.
Mr. Lubarsky is an active member of the California Bar and has a law degree as well as a Master’s degree in law. He has been in practice for over fifteen years.
He has studied law in the US, Argentina, Russia, and Thailand. He currently teaches law at Cal State University East Bay.
In addition, he publishes a monthly column on the topic of Immigration law and is in the process of authoring a text book for Aspen Law and Business Publishers.
Mr. Lubarsky sits on the Executive Committees of the Aids Legal Referral Panel, the San Francisco Bar Association Judicial Committee, and the State Bar of California Solo and Small Firms Section. Mr. Lubarsky lives in Burlingame with his wife and four children.
